I ordered two pieces in the exact same size, and they fit like they came from totally different size charts. One was super tight, and the other felt a full size bigger. I’m comfortable ordering online, but this makes it hard to trust the sizing at all. I don’t want to have to guess every time I buy something. Definitely a frustrating experience.

I had to return one item from vvona.com, and the process itself was easy to follow. The instructions were clear enough, so I wasn’t confused about what to do. But this is where it got annoying: their reply took longer than I expected, and the refund wasn’t exactly quick either. It did get sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just kind of average and a little slower than I’d hoped.

I reached out to Vvona a few times about my order, but I never got a clear or helpful reply. It felt like my messages were either being ignored or no one was really keeping up with customer service.

I wasn’t expecting an instant answer, but I did think they’d respond faster than waiting days for something simple. I understand businesses get busy, but this was frustrating, and it makes me hesitant to order from them again.

I ordered from vvona.com and the package showed up quickly, so no complaints on the shipping side of things. That part was actually smoother than I expected, which is always nice.
The only issue was the color. In the photos, it looked like a soft beige, but when I got it, it had more of a yellowish tone to it. Not super dramatic or anything, but definitely different enough that I noticed right away.
The quality seems fine, so I decided to keep it instead of dealing with a return, because who wants to do that if they don’t have to? I just wish the pictures were more accurate or taken in better lighting. Giving it 3 stars

I ordered from vvona.com, and while the item itself turned out okay, the packaging made the whole experience feel less thoughtful than I expected. The box showed up a bit crushed and looked like it had been packed in a rush.

There wasn’t much padding inside, so the product had clearly been sliding around during shipping. Nothing was actually broken, which I’m grateful for, but it did make me realize how much packaging affects the feeling of trust when you’re buying something online. For the price, I expected more care, and I’m not sure I’d order again if this is the usual standard.

I wore these for the first time yesterday, and at first they seemed okay. But after about an hour of walking around, my feet really started to hurt. By the time I got home, I couldn’t wait to take them off. Definitely not comfortable for me

Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it really wasn’t worth it. At this point, I’d hope they offer some kind of compensation or at least do something to make it right, because I don’t see myself using it again otherwise.

Reading between the lines of the product photos, I expected the fabric to feel a lot softer than it does. In person, it feels cheap and scratchy against the skin, so it’s not something I’d reach for if I wanted to be comfortable.
